"The location was convenient, but the AC was out in my room for the whole week I was there and I was instead given a little fan to use. Also, the rooftop bar and restaurant we're usually too busy to be used by guest staying at the hotel."
"upon check in very long line which I understand it was 4pm normal check in hours , just a bit un organized at first but settled down. Carpets in both sets of elevator to get to 3rd floor and second elevator to take you to rooms were filthy. Rooms were nice just didn’t like that bath soap wasn’t available and you had to go back to front desk to retrieve requested items. Hotel room views were decent staff at the bar and front desk were welcoming. I wouldn’t stay back at this hotel respectfully."
