"We enjoyed our stay until check out time.
We paid for bed and breakfast and requested for breakfast upon check out as we had an early morning flight.
Filled in the form but there was no breakfast to take away.
The receptionist was confused and took our details and promised communication. Until date no communication.They could atleast have communicated or refunded our breakfast.
Apart from this the place is amazing and its very convenient."

"An absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of the "old town" area near Kloof Street. Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. A really brilliant hotel in every way!"

"Beautiful hotel but we had a number of issues. We booked a poolside room and was told upon arrival that the room has large ceiling windows with no blinds. Whilst this provides lots of light during the day and views of Table Mountain, we were woken up by the sunrise at 5am. Eye masks are offered as a solution. It was also a windy morning which caused loud banging/clicking noises from the interior door, which was apparently due to a cleaner leaving the front door open.
We also had a drainage...

"Das Zimmer war wunderbar - sehr modern, stylisch, absolut nichts zu meckern. Diesbezüglich haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Generell ist das gesamte Hotel sehr schick und modern. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat: die große Fensterfront unseres Zimmers ging in den Innenbereich des Hotels, in dem sich auch die Bar befindet. Entsprechend laute Geräusche/Gelächter etc haben wir abends von dort gehört. Generell war es insgesamt hellhörig, unser Zimmer lag gegenüber eines Zimmers, in dem (offenbar)...
