Villa Europa does all the objective things hotels ought to and ratings cover - but it also steps beyond this by being run by people who evidently care about the guest experience and who take pride in their hospitality. The food in particular went the extra mile - five types of home made marmalade for example… A super place to stay.

Couldn't recommend enough! This is such a beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing. They make you feel like part of the family. The hotel is decorated beautifully, the room was great and the breakfast was amazing, locally sourced, and homemade every day. The local town is only a 5 minute walk with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The pool was the icing on the cake, set in there beautiful garden. We didn't want to leave!!

Exceptional Experience

Wonderful stay! If you are having hot flashes and there’s a heatwave, the air conditioning works, but you have to give it 30-45 minutes. The staff was THE BEST! So nice, kind, polite. The grounds were gorgeous. The pool is down the road, across the street from the hotel, but wow! It is tiered gardens, a view of the lake, breathtaking, and so quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the lake, crystal clear, and will take your breath away. Delicious breakfast and amazing coffee, with outside views of the lake. We are already planning to go back.

Vi hadde et helt nydelig opphold på dette hotellet! Allerede ved ankomst ble vi møtt av utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale som virkelig fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. Servicen var upåklagelig hele veien. Frokosten var helt fantastisk – den beste vi har hatt på et hotell! Det var et godt utvalg med blant annet skinke, egg og frukt, og alt smakte nydelig. Kaffen var også veldig god, og vi satte stor pris på det brede kaffeutvalget – fra klassisk svart kaffe til espresso og kaffe macchiato. Utsikten fra rommet var helt super, med flott panoramautsikt som virkelig gjorde opplevelsen ekstra spesiell. Rommet var også veldig rent og pent, med alt vi trengte for et komfortabelt opphold. Alt i alt et hotell vi varmt kan anbefale.

Fantastisk hotel med virkelig god morgenmad. Smuk udsigt over søen fra hotellets terrasser. Poolområdet ligger i en have med oliventræer og citrontræer, hvilket giver en rolig og svalende atmosfære. Hotel au bord du lac de Garde

Notre sejour s'est trés bien déroulé. Tres bon accueil, hotel tres propre, personnel tres pro, tres bon buffet petit déjeuner et idéalement situé entrela plage et le centre ville. La piscine n'est pas sur plave, quelques mètres, mais arrivés sur place, le site est magique . Nous recommandons cet hotel !

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Stelle am Gardasee!!!

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, mit superleckerem Frühstück, und Kleinigkeiten für Zwischendurch, Parkplätze auf dem Hof, sehr schöne Poolanlage im Olivenhain. Zu Fuß kann in wenigen Minuten Strand, diverse Restaurants und das kleine Städtchen erreicht werden. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!!

Just stunning!

We booked late and had little idea what we were getting, but we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Breathtaking views, in all directions. The most friendly, helpful staff I've ever encountered. Amazing breakfast. And superb pool/garden facilities. Would return in a blink of an eye, and thoroughly recommend the hotel and town.

The pool is not on site as the picture misleads you to believe. The standard rooms have no air conditioning. The staff suggested they prefer not to open a bottle of wine for you unless you purchase it from them!

Piccolo hotel in posizione ottima. Parcheggio disponibile e personale molto gentile. Camera datata ma pulita e ben tenuta. Colazione ottima per qualità e quantità. Non ho visto la piscina perché è localizzata in altra struttura vicina.

Vælg ikke dette hotel. Der er skod!

"Hotellet" lukkede kl. 23 og derefter havde man ingen andre muligheder for at få noget at drikke eller spise. Heller ingen kiosk eller lign. Pool ? Poolen ligger 50 m fra hotellet i et andet hotel. Man skal over en trafikeret vej uden gå eller cykelsti. Elendigt!! Der er intet tæt på hotellet. Personalet, især de såkaldte ejere var slet ikke venlige og var iskolde. De ville ikke sælge os alkohol, fordi de mente vi havde fået nok. Hvad ved i om det! Skavader hoveder. Et af vores værelser lugtede fælt af fugt.. vælg ikke dette hotel.
