"First impression is everything i made reservation weeks in advance. For a king accessible room and ask to be put in a room non pet room, i did no realize all there rooms are pet friendly I don'tthinkthat was disclosed. I do have some allergies. The first thing at check in we don't have the room you reserved no accessible or non pet room. We do apologize well that doesn't make it right that's excuses. And why so ok because it's a non refundable reservation so we check in and head to the room get off the elevator and it's at the end of a long hall. Really you put us in a room with a long walk. The whole reason for a handicap room is accessibility my husband has walking difficulties. The breakfast was good and the room was clean a little noisy from the hwy near by and the ac unit in the room."
