Great location for a first timer in NYC. It's close to a subway entrance. Big bed and comfortable room. Would return.

My daughter and I had a trip to New York for our big birthdays, hotel was very central close to port authority, walking distance to time square and many other areas. Hotel staff made our visit special for us and are very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would avoid 9th Avenue at night time as it didn’t feel very safe .

The hotel itself is clean and centrally located for NYC tourism in Times Sq. the staff are great, breakfast included was a good start to each day and the price we got through Expedia was a bargain. Be warned that there is a migrant shelter directly opposite the hotel which can be intimidating as large groups hang around outside - the hotel have a regular security guard and the NYPD are outside the shelter all the time.

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location for pounding the streets of NYc. So close to Penn station. On arrival I was told about all the amenities that were included with the fee and the water and cookies were great. The rooms are small but that is NYC! Definitely be fine for 2 people. Great bathroom The bed was so comfortable and I slept really well and didn’t hear any noise from the streets. A great place to stay

Excellent staff, great location

Great location that was a block or two away from the hustle and bustle of 5th&6th Avenue. The staff were friendly and always on hand to offer guidance if needed. Having Burgerology (bar/restaurant) attached to the hotel was a bonus. Nice ambience and good food options. Would highly recommend.

I really appreciated this hotel being my base. The staff were phenomenally friendly, welcoming and helpful. That made a big difference to me as this was my first time in NY, on a ten day trip alone. A big adventure. The mattress was firm (very important) AND there were feather pillows. Close to travel and amenities. It’s listed as three star. I see it as four star. Very good value for money.

Great choice for staying in New York. Right in the middle of Manhattan so good for exploring both north and south. Great price to quality ratio. Rooms are really big for New York standards. Best to choose rooms facing the street but on a high floor. Comfortable beds. Good bathrooms. Very clean and in good condition. No breakfast but that is not an issue. Fantastic bagel place downstairs and Starbucks. Will stay again

Can’t fault our two night stay, conveniently located directly opposite Port Authority bus terminal and 10 minute walk to Penn and Moynihan stations. Nice big clean room, good AC, good equipped qym. Excellent breakfast. Small dining area so gets busy around 9am, go early to avoid queue. Friendly helpful staff

Super close to Times Square, makes it a good base.

Really nice hotel located near Madison Square Garden. I booked an Empire view room so I get a great view of the Empire State Building. The hotel is clean & modern & the room is a good size with a great bed & good shower. The room has air con. It’s close to all forms of NY transportation services & loads of shops,delis & bars nearby. I would stay here again. The staff here are all pleasant & helpful.
