"1. The door to the room was very hard to open and close. (2) The desk was not sturdy and tilted. (3) For an ADA room, the toilet was very low and difficult for a handicap person to use. (4) The bed spring, on both side of the bed, popped every time you got in and out of bed. (5) The room was clean and the air condition kept the room very cool. (6) There was plenty of parking."

I contacted the front desk to see if we could move to a different room, but unfortunately they told us no other rooms were available. I also asked about the possibility of a refund because the condition of the room made the stay unpleasant, but that request was denied as well. Overall, it was a frustrating experience because we were stuck in a room with a bad smell and were not offered a room change or any kind of compensation. "
