"No wifi on room. Unconcerned. No hot water in shower. Fixed but only the next day. Shower lacked caulk so water went everywhere. Buffet breakfast everything cold. Cold scrambled eggs. Not room temp. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "

Otopark ile ilgili hiç sorun yaşamadık, bu da sevinirdirici fakat misafirlere araç otoparkı, konum bilgisi vb.hakkında rezervasyon sırasında bir bilgilendirme yapılabilir. Esas puan kırmamın sebebi ise kahvaltı olmasına rağmen tabak, çatal,bardaklar aşırı kirliydi. Makineden kaynaklı izler var denildi ancak iz değil toz idi. Kahvaltı için çok seçenek belentimiz yoktu, yeterliydi. Titiz ve özenli olunsaydı gönül rahatlığıyla kahvaltı...

"Otelde 2 gece 3 gün konakladık. Herkes o kadar güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi ki inanılmaz memnun ayrıldık. Konumu zaten çok merkezi heryere yürüme mesafesiydi. Benim ikinci gelişimdi Gaziantep'e ve bu otel tam fiyat performans yeriydi. Odamız da inanılmaz temiz, sıcak ve konforluydu. Çalışanların hepsi o kadar iyi ki, her an yardımcı olmak için bekliyorlardı. Tekrardan her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz."
