"Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. "Great breakfast options and good location. The surrounding street is extremely noisy and the deli across the street gets deliveries every day at 4am and it will wake you up if your room is on the Deli side."

"Pros: breakfast was pretty ok, but there were no apples. The eggs were really watery one morning. The a/c worked well enough but it was loud. The security guard was pretty cool. Cons: there were toenails in one of the corners of the room when we checked in. The elevators were a little questionable. When we were down by the microwave, there was a weird dizzying sensation sometimes. The road noise was terribly loud."
