"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. Several items had run out an hour after breakfast had started. I will say there was a variety of breakfast foods. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great! We would...

"The vent cover in the bathroom was falling off and there was so much dust and grim in the vent. The lady at check in was rude to the other employee at check in."

"We had a variety of problems during our two day visit. The shower had very little water pressure part of the time. We didn’t have a microwave until we asked for one. The bathroom light was very dim most of the time. The TV didn’t work properly half of the time. There were no plates for breakfast for several minutes. There was no orange juice the second morning. "The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink.
