"Everything about the property is good, it was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent and it was close to a lot of different places for food, drink, etc. The reason for the 3 star is solely because the noise levels made sleeping very difficult. I was on the first floor, and around 12am the level above me started moving around frequently and even minor footsteps sounded like thunder. I did notify the front desk and they were helpful but the noise continued until around 230am. Then at 630 am, people began to emerge from their rooms and every door slammed shut sounding like a canon. I'm a frequent traveler and this was the loudest I've ever heard hotel doors slamming shut in my life. It sounded like it was happening at our door. Not sure what they can do to resolve this."
