Excellent location

Excellent location: nice villa in the center of Genoa. Very spacious rooms. Nice possibility to have breakfast in the garden, but the organising of the breakfast could be better: everyone is crowded when retrieving food from one corner of the room.

The staff at this hotel make the hotel . They are helpful , courteous and nothing is too much trouble . Klea is exceptional and has great potential . This property was a mansion at some point and some of the original material used to build it still exist . Such as the marble staircase , the decorated high ceilings etc. My room was on the second level , facing the garden and fairly quiet at night . It was very spacious and painted a pale blue . The bathroom is spacious but does need attention and renovation . The small dining area is a pleasant area to enjoy breakfast and it’s the most extensive continental breakfast I have ever experienced . More than 4 different coffee machines and gluten free bread .It is also open all day and in the evenings . This could be a boutique hotel if it’s upgraded .

Not so great hotel

We chose this hotel because it had a bath however this was too dirty to use. The room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there so the bins weren't emptied and the towels not changed. Drinks were not replaced though we could get coffee downstairs and there was a water machine but no free bottles. Breakfast was poor, no morning rolls or croissants left by 10am. No spoons to eat cereal or eggs one morning and no staff to ask. The price was very low so we didn't expect amazing things but at the very least the bins could have been emptied. On a positive note the bed was comfortable.

High-ceiling suite, lots of space, and not far from restaurants. Has 4 parking spots, but you may need to move to let others in or out. Has a portable A/C, but it was weak.

Not recommended for families especially with kids

Nothing Royal about it. Not recommended for families especially who have a problem with noise. The rooms are next to a busy road and so all night we had to bear with noisy traffic. Thats God we were there for a night. Beds were old and so squeaking was a norm getting on and off it. No room temperature adjustment so can get too cold. Not 24/7 reception so cant complain really to anyone. Not worth the money.

ospitalità tipica ligure (da ligure non mi aspettavo nulla di diverso) e un parking da 10 euro dove occorre lasciare le chiavi per fare manovra in uno stretto caruggio, dove normalmente starebbero una o due macchine, ma vengono venduti 4 posti ammassati e incastrati. la carta igienica nel corridoio delle camere all'aria aperta un buco nella finestra per il tubo del climatizzatore, non presente o staccato la luce (moderna a led) che va premuta due volte per l'accensione e due per lo spegnimento porta della camera di carta velina (sentirete i vicini russare se va male) ed il rubinetto dell'acqua fredda del bidet è bloccato. per finire la soletta sembra un tappeto elastico. basterebbe qualche lavoretto per migliorare di molto l'esperienza ----- va bene per risparmiare

La biancheria da letto era di qualità eccellente. Sul tavolo era posto uno scalda acqua, il vassoiò con bicchieri, tazze e filtri di te´e tisane (nel mini frigo c´erano 2 succhi di frutta, un prosecco e una bottiglia di birra).Vi era un divano e una poltrona e un comodo camerino dove poter appendere le giacche e riporvi le valige. Accoglienza calorosa e per la prima colazione c´era l´imbarazzo della scelta.

L"hotel è in una posizione veramente comoda per raggiungere qulasiasi parte della città senza bisogno di spostare la macchina. È essenziale come in tutta Genova chiedere il posto auto. Checkin con la ragazza molto gentile, stanza accogliente con un discreto livello di pulizia. Colazione varia e abbondante. A high value hotel

The checking in was smooth and welcoming. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. Instructions were provided with details. Hotel provides SUPER FAST free WIFI! The best part was the complementary breakfast and all snacks and drinks were provided by the hotel free of charge. Guests can come to a very clean and tastefully arranged kitchen / dining area anytime.

Tagestour durch Genua

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Materasse sehr durchgelegen, Bettlaken hatten hier und da kleine Löcher und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Zimmer sehr laut da das Gebäude an einer viel befahrene Straße liegt. Ohrstöpsel liegen aber auf dem Nachtschrank parat. Selbst mit dem Navi schwer zu finden, mussten uns durchfragen. Der Frühstücksraum zu klein für die vorhandene Anzahl der Gäste in der Corona Zeit. Hervor zu heben ist aber die Freundlichkeit der Inhaber und das sehr gute Frühstück.
