"El personal del restaurante super mala actitud, parecía que les insultabas si pedias algo adicional. Un día pedí si me regalaban mayonesa y no quiso el mesero que porque no tenía la llave donde la guardaban, otro dia estuvo una señora con un genio y le pedí mayonesa y nunca me respondió ni me dio nada. El desayuno me pareció pobre y muy equis.
El personal de recepción es mas amable (secos como Europeos pero amables).
La habitación está bien y limpia."

"when I checked into my room at 5pm, all was fine. then I went into Ghent (lovely city) for the evening. when I got back a little after 11pm there was no power/lights in my room. and no staff to help!
there was book on the desk in my room with hotel policies etc, but it was horribly outdated as it said to dial the front desk if one had any questions, but of course there are no longer any internal phones in the hotel. the next morning there was finally front desk staff, but they were incompetent...

"Took us a minute to find where to check in, but the staff was great once we found them. Only issue with the room is the soap is a generic liquid soap in a wall dispenser, but there were no washcloths. We went to be close to the stadium - it is not convenient to the Medieval center of Ghent. That area is also very industrial and we could smell fumes from the chemical plant as we walked (did NOT smell in the room). Was a great, economic place to drop and go for a football game, but would not base...

"We stayed a week in this hotel and it was wonderful! It was a lot of space, clean, and convenient. We were there during the festival and it was just far enough away not to be bothered by it, but close enough to walk back after a fun night out. There's a little restaurant/bar across the street and a laundromat next door. I would highly recommend staying here!"
