"Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel."

"We had the accessible room in the rear of the building and it seems like this was likely the nicest room. We particularly enjoyed the large shower with very hot water. The property was a close drive to Old Orvieto and parking at the town is convenient from the pay lot. The Agriturismo grounds are very pretty and peaceful and the staff are all so nice. Breakfast was typical Italian (mostly cakes) and enjoyed from the sunroom/deck. We have no complaints! Very nice stay."

There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. "Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "
