"The room is clean and the staff is very kind. The building is maintained very nicely. We can experienced the nostalgic house. But the neighborhood is not very safe. Most of the houses near the hotel are vacant and broken. It is better to go their by Grab."

"We booked a standard room but they upgraded it to deluxe room (a nice surprise to ease our tiredness after traveling on a plane) Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast is very good, room is spacious, overall we loved our stay at East Indies Mansion.
Tip: Don't forget to try the indian restaurant near the hotel (corner of lebuh pinang and lebuh china), their chicken kebab and cheese naan are delicious."

"Great location, checking in and out is simple and really good value for money.
Wasn’t really a fan of the bathroom and toilet situation. But the most annoying thing was the noise generated by the AC and the fan in the bathroom. So hard to sleep at night."
