"We booked a standard room but they upgraded it to deluxe room (a nice surprise to ease our tiredness after traveling on a plane) Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast is very good, room is spacious, overall we loved our stay at East Indies Mansion. Tip: Don't forget to try the indian restaurant near the hotel (corner of lebuh pinang and lebuh china), their chicken kebab and cheese naan are delicious."

"Bed was comfy! Location is very convenient as there are bus stops, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. 1 thing tho we finished our glass bottle of water in the room but it was not refilled the next day. Probably need to request for it to be refilled. "

"Mac Inn 94 supplies hot and cold filter water, washing machine and soap to wash clothing. I have never seen any other places supplies like that before. It is awesome. The place is close to CAT free bus to catch to visit old town. Close to restaurants and mall. Be back again if I have a chance to visit George town. Recommended. "
