Kaca pembatas kamar mandi tiba2 sudah hancur berantakan waktu kami kembali dari jalan2 siang dihari pertama tanpa diketahui penyebabnya, tapi manager tdk menuduh kami yang melakukan malahan memindahkan kami ke kamar lain dengan meng upgrade nya sebagai komplimen

very comfort seperti dirumah sendiri.. stiap ari kamar dibersihkan.. setiap ari handuk dan air jg dikasih.. hanya saja sewaktu mao makan malam jm 9.. restoran gk buka.. pdahal dimenu bisa dipesan sampe jam 11 malem.. so far senang bs inap disini bberapa ari... bberapa staf reception gak bs bahasa melayu.. hanya bisa bhs inggris ato mandarin.

During my check in time, there was 2 Indian staff (male & female) at the counter. They had a good customer skills, superb staff, very helpful. However, the surrounding was so noisy until wee hours in the morning.

Friendly staff. The property is due an overhaul. Very inexpensive though with some beautiful newly updated vintage shophouses round about. I Must emphasise how friendly & pleasant the staff were.

Hotel med bra läge.
Vi stannade här 4 nätter. Centralt läge nära till ”UNESCOS Heritage”, även till föra köpcentrum. Trevligt rum med fin utsikt. Vi är väldigt nöjda. Perfekt med pool på taket.

Room key card faulty
I was happy with everything except the room key card. Every time I wanted to enter my room, I had to tap my key card to the door sensor at least 8-10 times before the door unlocked. When the door failed to open on the 10th tap, which happened a few times during my stay, I gave up and approached the reception for help. The reception staff would reconfigure my card, issue another card (neither of which worked), or send the hotel engineering staff to assist. Even the engineering staff did not always get it open on the first tap. I hope you get the system sorted soon, because it was really annoying and frustrating to have to go up and down every day to get the recep to do something.
