The stay was very pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and met all expectations for a typical hotel stay. Everything worked well, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest. The breakfast was excellent and very abundant, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The only minor downside was that there were some hairs in the bathroom and a few around the room, which slightly affected the initial impression. Other than that, everything was great and I would consider staying here again.

Hotel location appears secluded with not much activity at first sight. Was allocated a room opposite a multi storey carpark, hence no view to speak of. Room is not big but cosy enough with all necessary amenities. Plus point is that there’s a number of shops nearby selling local food.

The hotel itself is nice and convenient to walk to places. I like the cleanness of the room. However, the daily breakfast seems to have the left over/same foods during my stay (pls watch thoroughly the tea/coffee mugs too). Overall i enjoyed my few nights stay.

Great location if taking ferry or on food trails

My room was located on the highest level at the end/corner thus it was quiet and nice. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestion of locations of local food. Great location as walking distance to the Jetty as l need to take the ferry to & from Butterworth to access the train.

Beautiful heritage building converted to a hotel, very modern & classic feel for a converted building. The room was quite nice, the bathroom however could have been more clean alongside the shower, not sure if they sanitize of deep clean this. Other than that, the location is quite good and close by to breakfast eateries and evening food stalls
