"Elevator was broken, but otherwise the property was very nice. Staff was kind. The elevator breaking was definitely an unexpected thing and they apologized many times over. Was on the second floor. It wasn’t horrible carrying our luggage up. Stairwell was air-conditioned and not steep."

"We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit...

"Black mold and ceiling was failing apart in bathroom. Also the toilet was dirty (from the previous person) when I walked in. Room smelled a little suspicious of moisture that was noticeable."

"I made a reservation for a one-bedroom, non-smoking room, but when we got there, the receptionist informed me that they had reserved two smoking rooms for me. I showed the email from Expedia and the confirmation, and he just said that it did not come through their system. I'm definitely not going to try to reserve a room at their place again."

"Do not book here. I am traveling back W with my recent college grad and this was going to be our first layover. I did one loop in the parking lot and left immediately. The fact that the majority of the residential blocks are burned out/boarded up brick row houses (even the church was boarded up and broken into) should be a clue. There were 6 cars in the parking lot, one of which was occupied by a dude using drugs. The ground floor room directly to the left of the main entrance had it's blinds...

"first 2 nights our smoke detector chirped all night and i reported it asap that first morning, i was told it would be looked at, we came back to the hotel and didnt notice anything, but was woken up several times so finally around 4am i went to the desk and told them and was told he would report it but nothing he could do for me. That next morning i asked the front desk guy if anything was said and he said no and wanted to know if i was in the same room still. ( well yeah nobody offered anything...

"Very nice King suite, comfortable bed, roomy. Ten minute walk to Busch stadium. Went to two night games and walked there and back no problem. Staff was friendly and professional"

"Great for our family. Pool is great. Hotel is across the street from lots of fun rides, restaurants and things for kids to do. This place is unique in that it offers a great buffet breakfast, daily free popcorn and soda AND a free cocktail/food hour for two hours every day. We had pulled pork sliders one night, enchiladas another night, hotdogs everyday for kids. Saved us tons of money on food."
