"After a long day on the road, my wife and I were looking forward to a swim in the pool, but the water was freezing. I stuck my foot in and there was no way I was getting in that cold water."

"Hotel was welcoming, pool was nice for kids, meals were provided and access to highway was very good. Staff was excellent and helpful"

"Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. "

"The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, eggs, etc. The roads were clean the staff, Garrett, was efficient and helpful."

"I will never stay at this place again. Quite literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever step foot in. I didn’t even stay in the room. I walked in to the filth and nastiness. Turned around and walked out. "

"We arrived at 2:50 and our room wasn't ready until 4 pm. We stayed in the lobby and there were other guests waiting for their rooms. Apparently, they were short on staff. We also selected a king bed and the room had 2. Other than that, the desk staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good area with walkable restaurants."

"Good hotel for the price, rooms were clean. They served a pretty good breakfast. Few things could use some updating. But again for the price i have no complaints. Staff was very courteous and helpful. "

"We had a room facing the Arch. I would 100% recommend paying the extra fee for the view. Close to restaurants and baseball field. "

"This place is in a decent location, especially for the price. Just a 7 minute drive to downtown. The free breakfast was nice, especially since I was there with my wife and three kids. It saved us a bundle over having to go eat breakfast at a restaurant. I don't blame the hotel, but we were awoken at 4 AM by some loud and annoying people in the room next to us. Within a half hour they finally quieted down. I'd stay here again if I ever go back to St. Louis."

"Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"I really like the look of the hotel and the room was clean and huge. My only complaint was it took two hours to bring towels and would’ve taken longer if I didn’t call again. The Bistro hours are lame. The meatballs did not look anything like the picture and was way over priced $15 for 5 They were frozen meatballs I could get 30 of them at Walmart for $3. Food came in huge take out containers even though we were eating there. The service was slow! Maybe I would stay again but would not go to the...
