"The room needed a good cleaning. The bathroom was dirty and may have had mold in the caulk around the tun. The tub had a chip. I also think water was wicking/weeping thru the floor tile.
The lights above the bed were dirty.
The outlets behind the nightstand were rusty and dirty.
The stairwell was dated and dirty"
