We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the hotel which was enhanced by the very friendly, helpful and professional staff. One point to note is that a number of the rooms don’t have windows but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a good experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rachel was there most days and quickly took care of anything needed. There is still light construction but overall great value for money.

The property was clean the beds were very comfortable and the staff was e exceptional. We arrived around 5 am and staff help to get us installed and made sure we were comfortable.

I book this hotel last minute for two nights because it was very accessible to get around Georgetown and catching up with friends and family. The staff was very polite and helpful, My room was very clean and was able to enjoy some late night on the balcony. I would recommend some kind of fruit to go with the breakfast. Thanks for the unlimited coffee and the complementary snacks, juices and water in my room. Will definitely stay here again. I felt safe and secure.

After staying here so many times the staff feels like family! They help book taxis, order food, and find your way around the city! Josiah and Rachel are great and always willing to help with whatever I may need in Georgetown. Will continue to stay here as long as I continue to come to Guyana.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt service. There is a bit of renovation ongoing, but I guess the rooms are soundproof because I saw it but I didn't hear a thing. I'd definitely rebook.

This is better late than never. The staff especially Devika, and Paeld (please forgive me, i know i spelled this wrong) made our Stay an excellent one. Very comfortable. It feels like a hidden gem.
