"The overall hotel was ok but the area was really really sketchy and felt unsafe. Room was on the seventh floor but could not sleep more than a few hours bc of all the outside noise u could hear in the room and the cars racing down the streets. Left at 4:30 am tired and ready to go home. Would not stay again."

"The hotel is near everything. I walked to Waffle House, Starbucks, etc. It’s across the street from a huge park with water features. Then women at the front desk were very rude. Service sucked, asked for my room to be cleaned and fresh towels at 10am. Came back at 12:30 and it was in the same condition. I called to ask why and was told they would get it to when they can. So I had to ask the housekeeper to do my room next. She was kind and helped me out. The toilet was not ever clean and the sink...

"I am really impressed with my stay. The hotel was easily accessible from I75. The aquarium was across the street. The valet staff were prompt and friendly. The check in was quick. The staff made me feel welcome. The bartender was excellent..the food was decent. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the water pressure in the morning and the room didn’t get cool enough for me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hyatt 👏"

"I loved it all. As a Canadian staying there I felt welcomed and safe."

"Room was not clean looking. Stains on walls, leather on headboard torn, stains on pull out sofa bed. Was given a key to a room that was occupied and walked in on people. Had to go back to front desk for another room which was as described above. Parking garage is pretty sketchy, I was asked to reverse out into the street to let someone get out. I left and booked another hotel, it was a terrible experience for me, my wife and kids."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Room was very well appointed, clean and very quiet; the only thing I heard was low level traffic noise that was not intrusive. The location is excellent: directly across the street from the Fox Theater and an easy 2 minute walk to the North Avenue MARTA station. The staff was wonderful: friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfasts at the Bistro were very good. Didn't use the parking so no comment there. Would definitely stay there again."
