"L'emplacement est ideal pour le centre de Palerme. L'hotel est très bien entretenu, propre, bien équipé et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux sur la terrasse panoramique. Le seul inconvénient actuel est l'absence d'ascenseur...mais les travaux sont en cours pour sa mise en place. "We thought the location great, and having the beautiful theater Massimo as prime view was wonderful! In the heart of historic Palermo, we could walk to prime sites easily. The hotel is not accessible by car, but small walking distance to first parking spots. "Great hosts and property - standard room was a decent size Just a note for Canadian and American guests, this is not a typical bed and breakfast ! There is coffee espresso machine and kettle available in the common area but no breakfast per se "

The check in process was very smooth and our host was very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our whole stay and answered any questions we had. The room was exactly as advertised.
