"Very intentional hotel. Loved our stay. There was easy parking which helps in a little city. Everyone was kind and great amenities."

"The hotel is unique and fun. I wish I could have gotten cold water to drink at the coffee/tea setup. Staff were fine; we didn’t have a lot of interaction. I think parking could be a little more well-defined. There’s a big lot but lots of signs about no parking; however, they didn’t apply on the weekend, we later were told. The room was clean and had what we needed for our 1 night stay."

"The room was clean, bedspread was dirty. No cups in the bathroom. No coffee in the room.. TV was out of service, clock radio didn’t work. Charged my credit card; even though I told them that I was paying cash for the room.. Made me pay 100.00 deposit before they gave me the keycard, said that it would be returned after inspection of the room at checkout!!!"

"I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again"

"Really enjoyed the room, its cleanliness, the facilities, and the overall convenience. Great for adults only and perfect for families with kids of all ages. The room we got was excellent, and the front desk placed us conveniently close to the pool and amenities, knowing we were there to use them—it was exactly what we wanted. My only small suggestion/issue was the limited time to use the amenities since they close so early. I don’t see why the games need to close so soon when check-in is at 4,...

"We had a great time at this hotel! We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the pillows were perfect, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even the food at the bistro was good! And we enjoyed the fire pit outside! All in all, I have no complaints about staying here! And it's close to so many fun things!!"

"Remarkable stay! My son and I were staying for one night for a basketball tournament. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, letting us check in 2 hours earlier, and checkout and hour later. Everything is new, pretty, and useful. The best thing about the rooms is the mini kitchen. Overall an amazing stay, comfortable beds, great breakfast included, and. Supermarket right across the street to buy fresh produce."

"The room was spacious. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. And a small couch. We had a king size bed. We stayed there in Lancaster because we were going to the site and sound theater. The complementary breakfast is superb as well as a two go bag when you check out which consists of a bagel, apple peanut butter, jelly, and a bottle of water. The staff is incredible. I highly"

"There are so many hotels in this area, but I keep going back to this one. Never had any complaints. The staff is always very friendly. The women who work in the breakfast area are always super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always enjoyable. Hotel is always very clean. I will continue staying at this hotel when I visit Lancaster"
