"My husband, my mother and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is close to the Cathedral and Central Market, but far enough away not to be too noisy. The breakfast was good if limited in choices. The staff, especially Eddie, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pool area is small, but inviting. We would definitely stay here again."

"Loved our stay. Mom and 4 kids. Beautiful space. Fantastic staff. Very helpful with local recommendations, food delivery afterhours and services in the hotel. Very comfy rooms. The included breakfast options were very diverse and delicious - lots to choose from (they offer complete menu included for breaky!). We felt the value was wonderful. Very happy there and will 100% book again if in Leon! Highly recommended. Only downside was sno hot water showers but it did not affect our stay overall....

"I booked and paid for this hotel before arrival. At check in, I was told my card wasn't working so I would need to pay another sum to check in. I showed the staff my credit card statement with the payment, after which they claimed I had only paid for half of the amount. I paid because I needed the room, but hotels.com refunded me later. Unfortunately, this felt like a scam, but I don't blame the staff for it, it seems like they were told to do this by the managers of the hotel. The room itself...

"Acogedor el.hotel Muy buena ubicación pero le falta mucha limpieza a las habitaciones y mejor acomodación del espacio ya que estaba satueada la habitacion y eso acostaba el espacio para desplazarse"

"La propiedad esta metida en 1 lugar bien metido y peligroso ya que han havido muchos asaltos por ese camino y como hivamos de noche decidi no arriesgar a mi familia. 1 total fracaso. Llame muchas veces al hotel y nadie me contesto la llamada. De verdad muy mala atension al cliente"
