Hotel Keluarga di Germantown

"What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...

When my family got there it had already been a crazy long day of driving and our room that should have had two queen beds had been given to someone else (they had a basketball team and a baseball team staying there so we know where it went). Obviously it added to my already exhausting day, however the man working the counter most likely the manager gave us an extra room, so we had two king size beds. "The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. This hotel is a NO!!!"
