"Room was modern, spacious and comfortable, kept clean on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Location was ok, about 15 minutes walk to Getafe Centro (metro and rail). Hotel is set back from the main roads, so quiet. A pleasant stay."

"The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. "In a quiet area of Madrid. Very conveniently located to 2 metro stations, making it very easy to get around. Nice room but AC turned off and our room got very warm from the sun coming in through the window.. AC could not keep up."

"The lobby, breakfast and dinner areas were inviting and the food was delicious. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches."
