"It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay."

"Your overzealous staff were ridiculous when the insisted my tipsy friend go to her room for 8 hrs. Probably saved her from losing all her money though. This casino has never given me a dime. The slots suck. Mins on the tables are too high."

"I think the hotel should make clear what housekeeping to expect. We were there for 3 nights and only had a housekeeper enter the room once, and then only because we asked. On another day, we asked a housekeeper who we saw in the hall, and she gave us towels and trash bags. We were told housekeeping does not touch beds. There was a coffee maker, but neither coffee or cups were replenished. There were plastic water cups, but they were not replenished. Our questions were met with a question of what...

"Rooms are clean, bed/pillows comfortable. Pool is tiny and area mostly clean. Breakfast is very basic, like being back in the Army."

"After a late night arrival, room had the dreaded double whammy: broken tv , and the shower didn’t drain. My husband & his friend couldn’t get any money back because I’d booked it for them through Expedia. And my husband said there was a wasted woman negotiating her talents in the lobby. (Condoms only apparently). Yikes. Expedia and Hampton Inn - you both disappoint me."

"Didn’t feel this was a safe location. Lots of people sitting outside drinking when we arrived. Several police cars came rushing in the parking lot and officers running up to our floor later in the evening. They stood outside our door questioning one of the other guests about an incident that occurred between him and another guest. Shower was terrible. Room was worn and dated, but appeared clean. Lock chain on door had been pulled out of the wall."
