We have stayed in 5* hotels worldwide. However I need to admit, this little hotel exceeded our expectations. The service from the start to the end was pure class. Before arriving at the hotel, I emailed regarding airport transfer and it was arranged within minutes. I also asked for an iron, and the iron was placed in our room before our arrival.
My husband had a wonderful massage with Jacqueline. Absolutely first class. And I needed to do my hair for a wedding we were attending, however the salon was closed. But to my surprise the Owner Kim opened the salon especially just for me which I have never experienced before and Jacqueline especially went to pick up the hairdresser and personally brought her to the hotel to do my hair and then dropped the hairdresser back. All that she did in her own personal time just to help me and I had so many compliments for my hair, the hairdresser was absolutely amazing. I mean I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was clean and yes you can see mount Etna from the entrance. Overall it was a beautiful experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, you will not be disappointed. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality and experience. I wish you all the best.
