"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "The hotel is one of the very best I have stayed in. It is run with a great pride in service and attention to details. It is extremely friendly. The accommodation is dog friendly. The decor is beautiful set in its own private garden and just a couple of hundred metres from the beach front. Loved it."
