"Normal"

"Hotel exceptionally well placed, with great views of the bay from the superior room we had. The facilities in the room were perfectly adequate, and the staff were very nice though there was a language barrier; they spoke very little English (and our Spanish was terrible). The bed was nice, the room was clean, and the fridge was serviceable. Shower was excellent! Also breakfast had a nice selection of continental choices, just missing some eggs. However, the A/C was practically nonexistent. Also...

"Disliked being able to see into the bathroom when lights were on. Glass doors very flimsy. Half board evening meal poor choice and meat inedible. Breakfast fine. Receptionist and staff very good. Poor value for price."

"It was disappointing that the rooftop pool and bar were not open throughout our stay. We went in early June so I could understand the pool not being open but the bar area around the pool and bar were either closed to residents or only accessible by private parties which was disappointing because we had chosen this particular hotel because of its rooftop amenities."

"The Hotel was ok, but the lead person in the cafeteria needs some couching. Nobody likes to be pulled out of the breakfast room 5 minutes after breakfast finish time as, “in 5 minutes I close the door”"

"The hotel is simple but totally worth the stay. Seems to be a family hotel, so you are treated like family, they are always there to make sure you are comfortable, well fed, and enjoying the stay. The bed is excellent and comfortable, the baby crib was super clean and good quality! The only point I would consider is that they don't offer a/c, that's the only negative point for now."
