"Absolutely wonderful experience! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, answered our questions and we're very helpful. The location is perfect. Right downtown, so it's close to everything! A walk down by the river at the end of the day was a treat."

"The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "

"We stayed for two days, and there was no housekeeping. The rooms needed maintenance, and overall, this is a place that I will put on my do not visit list and I will no longer look into."

"We stayed in a suite for one night and the carpet was so dirty it made our feet black… the pool was not up-kept and we waited at the front desk for 5+ minutes before anyone came around to help us check in."

I previously reviewed this hotel as the WRONG RODEWAY! (New port Richey, don’t go there) For which I apologize, but we absolutely LOVE this hotel."

"This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located."

"Felt like I was walking into a jail and the front desk guy was extremely rude. The bed was very cheap uncomfortable and reminded me of a pull out bed from my couch. The pillows were a disappointment better off using my backpack as a pillow."

"The staff was very friendly. The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It was right on the Gulf of America with a nice little park for kid, a walkway and Pavilion to enjoy the view. The Inn is located in a more residential neighborhood which was a plus for me. The restaurant in the Inn was obviously used by the locals, and I can understand why, the food and service was very good. We plan to visit again."

"They room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, I was able to get top floor which was nice but I was connected to another room via the door and it did make me uncomfortable. For a room that was suppose to be quiet, it was very loud actually. But not to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Enjoyed my mini getaway "
