"It is a good concept for some travellers but not one i ever experienced and hesitate to use the hospitality word too freely. Arriving late, i realised i have not received any passcode that was needed nor a reply I could read advising that parking was on the street, until i found the number to call. the lady was up late and helpfully provided me with the number to get in, and then i had to download the app for accessing my room. "Stayed here again and the property was still as nice and cosy as I remembered. Nice location and walkable to the town centre. Check out was a bit early at 10am but when I asked if we could check out a bit later they said we could have up to 11am so we were happy with that."

"The best hotel ever and feel like living in a castle! The room is very big and nicely renovated. Property is huge and you can walk around to see many swans, birds, ducks etc. the breakfast buffet is amazing. You must stay here when visiting Hanover!"
