"O quarto dizia ter varanda,mas na realidade não tinha e era bem pequeno, o colchão era um pouco duro mas a vista acaba por compensar! A piscina sobre o rio, Mértola e o seu castelo é top, fazia falta uma WC na área. A localização é ótima,com a praia fluvial Tapada Grande bem perto. O casal de funcionários são super simpáticos e prestáveis, mas têm muito trabalho a seu encargo..."

"Incrivel local mas com o mesmo equipamento desde a altura em que foi aberto: mesmas camas e colchoes, mesma base de duche e separadores. Escusado sera referir que esta tudo a cair aos bocados! Nem havia a delicadesa de um sabonete. Pelo preco que cobram podemos ficr no hotel mesmo ao lado com a mesma vsta e bastante mais conforto. Desilusao!!"

"Suite rooms were excellent for families. Pool lovely but COLD. Area around the pool very slippery when wet. Food at breakfast and dinner in terrace restaurant was excellent. Despite the kids club being advertised as open year round, this was not the case. Direct access to lovely beach. Hotel location somewhat isolated. Gym could do with being better stocked. Overall, 7.5/10."
