"Awful, dated "suite" in a converted apartment. Damp and crumbling plaster in one corner, where it sounded like the neighbouring room's shower was actually in our room! Paper thin walls so we could hear all of the arguments in the other rooms. Hotels.com failed to send check in instructions so we had to find someone at the office out of hours to get checked in. Dodgy neighbourhood near the train station, nice balcony but overlooking a busy dual carriage way. Avoid!"

"Excellent property and location. The experience of the cave room was different and fun. The hotel coordinated with a parking garage our car and even used it in the middle of our stay drive to Gravina and Albarobello. Matera is beautiful and has great restaurants (we recommend Austin in front of Agustine church)."

Matera is an amazing place NOT to be missed! Spend several nights at Casa Diva. You will not be disappointed!! "
