The walls are thin so if there are people in, it can feel a bit noisy. If sensitive, have earplugs to hand but by the time I got back at night, everyone else was asleep! The bathroom was clean but you are dependent on the other users to keep it that way.........same with the kitchen. The lift does take a while, there's even a sign...

The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. "The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that."
