"The couch in my room has not been vacuumed, there was someone else’s hair all over it. And for being on the 18th floor, it was incredibly loud outside we might as well have had the windows open. Loud cars, music, motorcycles, sirens…it didn’t quiet down until after 2:00 am. We didn’t sleep well at all."

"We arrived and were told they were behind in cleaning rooms, but ours would be ready “soon”. I checked an hour later, still not ready with no estimated time. At this point, we were missing our 5 pm dinner reservation. 15 mins later, there was a very brief power outage (3-5 secs). At 5:45, now 2 hours after our arrival, I checked again. I was told the “system” was down due to the power glitch and they had no idea or way to know which rooms were cleaned as housekeeping enters everything...

1) The shower was completely out of body wash so I had to use shampoo since I was already in the shower at that point, and 2) we ran out of Kleenex (there were maybe 4 or 5 tissues in the box). When I told the lady at checkout, she just nodded, giving me the impression she wasn't going to inform anyone.

"My wife and I decided to stay here as we were attending the Morgan Wallen concert. After checking in, we attended the restaurant on the main floor. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a salad, with chicken.
When we returned to our room, on the 23rd floor, is when things took a turn for the worst. As I was sitting by the window, in the chair next to the TV, a big mouse ran by my feet! Let’s just say I decided to immediately vacate the room, and we stayed at a Marriott extended stay 30...
