Upon arriving at Rivertown Inn, I not only received my room key but also a beautiful sympathy card containing this hand written message: “We are sorry for your loss. Please, let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay easier. Sincerest condolences, Rivertown Inn Staff.” This was as unexpected as it was beautiful—and very much appreciated!!! "This is a really nice hotel. The indoor waterpark was perfect because it was too cold to use their nice little beach. We had an issue with door locks and the clerk we reported to was having a bad day and wasn't happy to help. But front desk staff, Nolan, and manager, Amber, went above and beyond so the small grievance was resolved with kindness."
