"Over priced student dorm. USB sockets that don't work in the room. Power socket that didn't work. No kettle or drink making facilities You have to pay for a vile cup of machine coffee from the reception. (better to head to sainsburys round the corner or even McD's tastes way better than this place)
Breakfast had no coffee machine available due to poor stock control for the 'machine'. Instead there was a small jar of instant. If you wanted milk you had to root to the back of the buffet bar and grab the plastic milk bottle (they can't even afford to put the milk in a jug!)
The 'continental breakfast' offering consisted of over baked bread and croissants but raw in the middle, and chocolate chip muffins that clearly hadn't had chance to defrost thoroughly. As for hygiene in the dining area, seems the one girl was afraid to get her over priced fake nails wet and the sanitizing spray was just for show.
Overall.. they are not worth the money even if you joined the club. Stick to Premier inn or Travelodge even if its just for the room drink facilities!"
