"I enjoyed my stay at North Conway Mountain Inn. At check-in, the clerk was very friendly. When we asked for dinner recommendations, he made several local area suggestions, checking to make sure they were still open. The woman at checkout was also very friendly, asking about our stay and welcoming us to the area. The room was clean and spacious. The fridge had a freezer, which was nice to have. There was a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the mountain view, which was exceptional! I would definitely stay again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. The resort is a little rundown and outdated, but it was clean. The pool and the hot tub were clean and at a comfortable temperature. Climbing the tower made for a breathtaking view."

"The property looked nice driving up but the interior needs to be updated. My room was on the 1st floor and the hallway floors were uneven and seem well worn. The room was ok, clean but a tiny TV and the pillows were not even standard size,more like throw pillows. Luckily,I always bring my own. The phone was old and there was a DVD player in the room, so yes some updates could help. I didn't realize the restaurant was going to be closed through the end of the year, so we had to leave to get dinner. I was looking forward to having dinner and a drink after arriving. The gym was clean with a good offering of equipment and the pool and jacuzzi looked nice. There was also an area with fire pits on the 1st floor that groups were sitting around. It wasn't a bad stay, just left me wanting a little more."
