Lovely welcome at reception. Really nice large room. Lovely meal in restaurant and amazing cocktails in the bar!

THE ROOM CABINS WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY COMFORTABLE THE LOCATION IS GREAT WITH LOVELY VIEWS AND THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND EASY CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WOULD DEFINATLEY STAY AGAIN

The staff were friendly, the room was clean an comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Would have been nice to have some vegetables in the breakfast. Was nice and warming to have 24h hit Cider and apples available.

We only stayed one night but would definitely have liked to stay longer. The staff were lovely and our room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel and, despite a longer than usual wait, the meal was very tasty. The help yourself pantry was well stocked but, as a food allergy sufferer, I would have appreciated an allergen list to refer to. Quiet area with plenty of parking.

The breakfast was amazing. The views from the balconies were awesome. The staff was so nice and the parking was safe.

This was a beautiful hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and ensured our stay was perfect - we only wished we had arranged to stay longer.

Lovely hotel for a one night stay during our roadtrip. Unfortunately we were too early for the fall colours - but I can imagine they are spectacular from this hotel. Lovely touches at this hotel but be sure to book ahead for breakfast and dinner as they book up fast!! Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool due to bad weather. The hot tub looked a bit tired. Good breakfast but not a buffet.

Lovely clean and bright hotel

Wow. This inn is all about the past but with a modern, friendly approach. The building is very old and the furnishings in the communal areas are in-keeping with the building. The owners and the La staff (Mary, John and Christina) are just amazing and cannot do enough to ensure that your stay is the best it can be. The bedroom was comfortable. Jackson certainly is not big., but you have a river and village green, a walk to the water fall. good restaurants, with excellent beer. The inn itself has two comfortable lounges, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfasts are prepared for you bacon , sausage and eggs, pancakes and a selection of hot meals as well as the normal continental. A lovely historic hotel in a beautiful setting. We had a two room suite which was large and airy. The bed was very comfortable indeed. There is coffee and tea in the lobby and home made cookies from 4 pm. We enjoyed sitting on the wonderful veranda in the evenings with a delicious cocktail created by Brian. We had an excellent stay of 2 nights here. This is a newish property. The parking was easy and it was a great location as part of a trip to see New England in the fall. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The whole hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
