"I was above the pool area and you could hear a vibration type of sound coming from below all night long. The hotel and staff are great, but do some about the noise. I wouldn’t want to be near the pool again "

"While using the text option to ask questions, the staff member took a long time to respond and was rude. The room. Was clean and in good condition, however, the spa tub that was in my room was dirty! Cleaned it out my self prior to using it. "

"U booked us a 2 queen room and we payed for a jacuzzi room. Luckily they had 1 room left . I had to pay xtra 30bucks too which was bogus. Not the hotel fault its all on expedia"

"This is our second time staying at this property in the last month. First time the rooms seemed ok except that our room was mixed up and rented to another people with similar last name. Front desk manager to prove that the last names were similar pulled out other guests check in information with all their personal info to show us(mind blowing isn’t it?) We thought we will give another chance. We came to check in and thought we are at totally different motel. Hallways trashed, common areas...

"This was not a Good stay. Too many bday parties going on both days we were there.. kids running around and the parents drinking and not paying attention. Couldn’t even get in the hot tub or pool.. we won’t be back.. breakfast wasn’t the best and that mad apple really sucked. Staff was pleasant enough. "

"Water leaked when the shower was running and we had to stack towels so the whole floor didn’t get soaked. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the balcony"

"Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone "

"The room we were staying in had black mold on the bathroom ceiling from what looked like water damage "

"it was as expected given the price. I Don't like that there are vagrant folks hanging out, asking for money and cigarettes right when you get out of your car. "
