8/10 Good
"We stay at this hotel a lot when traveling to the Albany area. We were a little disappointed this time around. The floor in our room was dirty, and there were dirt spots on the comforter. The server at the morning breakfast buffet was very friendly and a hard worker."

"I rated many areas of this hotel as excellent but the largest negative is the location. Didn’t feel too safe as the area of Albany area is somewhat rundown and homeless individuals that seemed as though they were on substance or schizophrenic."
