"I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after.. Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived. Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request) The room was clean , spacious and tidy There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes. "This was the perfect location for us. Just a few blocks from the bustling old town square, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Staff was exceptionally helpful - giving us tips we didn’t even know we needed and accommodating special requests. Apartment offers more space than a hotel room and is very clean. I liked the nice spread of Polish food offered at breakfast. They had complimentary pieces of Polish chocolate at the front desk, which was a nice touch. Go to Wodka Bar at the corner...

"Clean & spacious with nice balcony overlooking the park. Good bed linen & shower/towels. No air con but don’t need it as kept blinds closed & there was a large fan that we didn’t use, even though it was >30 degrees. Would recommend. Easy walking to all major attractions "

"Booked this last minute (same day) and stayed for two nights. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Krakow again. It was superbly clean, had everything you could need. Bed was comfy, aircon worked great, even had a coffee pot! Mildly loud depending on neighbours but nothing ridiculous considering it’s an apartment. Very happy with the stay and the price! "
