It’s a fine basic hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough although a closed bathroom would have been better. Toilet light went off while we were still in there. Missed a small fridge and at the room and coffee/tea making facilities. The rooms are quite noisy; not really from the neighbours but from the hallway. Each (early) morning people walking by woke me up before my alarm went off, really annoying. Breakfast was fine; my daughter missed some pancakes, croissants or pastries. Parking in front of the hotel was great. Didn’t use the pool or sauna. Overall it was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again because of the noisy rooms.

Mein gewünschtes Zimmer bekommn mit allen Modifikationen, selbst im Rittersaal bekam ich meinen Wunschplatz. Die Sportangebote werden mehr als gut genutzt und reserviert. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert !!!!

Aufenthalt 2.0 ... wieder nur gutes zu berichten -> vom Empfang, über die Unterstützung bei Hilfe/Serviceleistungen -> sehr sehr freundlich und kompetent! Selbst angetrunken und streitlustigen Gästen gegenüber sehr freundlich, höflich und mega professionell! Habe den dritten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht, freue mich schon jetzt darauf!

Katastrophe !!! Die besten Jahre hat das Hotel lange hinter sich ! Es fehlte im Zimmer die Fernbedienung. Beim Duschen war plötzlich das Wasser fast komplett weg, weil scheinbar der oben drüber auch geduscht hat. Waschbecken gesprungen, Lampe neben dem Bett defekt, Betten durchgelegen & zu weich. Lärm von der Kegelbahn bis 23 Uhr tat sein übriges ! Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Mit Abstand die Schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir seit langer Zeit besucht haben (..und wir nächtigen in nicht wenigen pro Jahr). Deshalb für uns nicht empfehlenswert !!

Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und die Matratze hervorragend. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß; duschen musste man allerdings in der Badewanne, was für meine Reisebegleitung (80 Jahre alte Dame) nicht möglich war. Der Teppich hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können und ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre perfekt gewesen. Das Personal war großartig und unsere kleinen extra Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt :-) Für das Abendessen und zum Frühstück hatten wir einen Tisch, der offenbar schon bei der Buchung für uns reserviert wurde. Das Abendessen war köstlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich. Insgesamt muss man daran denken, dass es sich auch um ein Sporthotel handelt und die Sportangebote bis 22 Uhr nutzbar sind.

Ich war 3 nächte Gast in dieser Unterkunft mit meinen beiden kleinen kindern. Ich habe leider ein sehr weitläufiges zimmer bekommen was mit gepäck und 2 kinden ein kleines bisschen schwierig für mich war. Als mir allerdings hilfe mit dem Gepäck angeboten wurde, war dies auch schnell vergessen. Jeden morhen gab es ein und den selben tisch für uns der bereits gefeckt und mit einem Kinderstuhl auf uns wartete. Das war sehr angenehm. Das frühstück hatte alles was man brauchte und es war eine tolle auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr gros und sehr sauber. Das Babybett mit 20 euro die nacht empfand ich als ein bisschen zu teuer. Aber auch hierüber wird man im voraus informiert und kann sich dakmnn eben dafür oder dagegen entscheiden. In meinem fall habe ich mich trotzdem dafür entschieden. Danke für den aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)
