"The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. "This property is disgusting. We had paid for four nights and ended up only staying one night due to there being bugs in the bed. Our faucet was busted, there was yellow stains all over our sheets. Our bathroom had no door frame. And we had planned with our family member who had just graduated from the army to go back to the hotel and swim, but we cannot do so because there was dead frogs in the pool. The hotel felt so nasty for my kids."
