"Recomiendo hacer un video al entrar por el asunto fianza. En mi apartamento habia demasiadas zonas con "problemas". Un trozo de zocalo roto aquí, otro trozo de puerta rota allí, y cosas así, nada grave, pero demasiadas.
La limpieza general es muy justita. No esta sucio, pero tampoco esta limpio. En cocina encontramos "restos" en algun plato y sartenes mejor no usarlas. El suelo necesitaba un barrido mas intenso. En cambio, la ropa de cama y de baño estaba muy limpia y parecia nueva.
