"Clean"

"Stayed at Claridge House in Chicago and had such a great experience. The room was surprisingly spacious with two double beds and a separate sitting area, which made it feel more like a suite than a standard hotel room. Everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable—always a win after a long day of exploring. The location really stood out. It’s in a beautiful residential neighborhood that feels quiet and charming, but still close to everything. We easily walked to Old Town, Lincoln Park, and the shops on Oak Street, which made getting around so convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which always makes a difference. Would definitely stay here again."

"I thank them for giving us a bigger room when they messed up on our reservation they had a live band downstairs if you want to go downstairs and chill It was quiet upstairs couldn't hear other people and to the mornings they start slamming doors but other than that It was nice me and my kids enjoyed and my husband"
