I had a very pleasant stay with the Mermaid Waters Hotel, the check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was a good size and the bedding quite comfortable. Free onsite secure parking is also a massive plus.

Great for a nights stay. Staff was lovely and room was spacious! Could use a bit of a better couch as it was just a big chair tucked into the corner. Bar was good too. Would come back again!

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Only downside was that it was loud with revellers possibly from the pub coming back to their room to party on. Also we couldn’t locate a TV remote which upset my daughter, but didn’t bother me enough to call reception.

The brekky was perfect to set me up for my walk to Pacific Fair shopping center. Room was great - beds and pillows very comfortable. The Netflix in my room didn't want to work, but staff have assured me it will be fixed. I didn't need it anyway because I entertained myself in the pool, and with free to air telly. Enjoyed my stay, and will recommend to friends and stay again myself.
Had the pool to myself - the water running off the end of the slide was better than a massage!
Pool area including lounges (some covered for sun protection) and QR codes for food/drink service.
Breakfast was just right.
IMAX theater experience at Pacific Fair shopping centre.

My room on the third floor was very quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & clean. Having a bath tub in the bathroom was another feature that I liked. The buffet breakfast was very nice & I really enjoyed a swim in the large outdoor pool after a busy day. There are bus stops close by and it is only 4 mins by bus to Pacific Fair, or you can walk there in under 20 mins. It's also not too far from the Miami Aquatic Centre & Pizzey skate park & pump track. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. This is the second time that I have stayed here & I would definitely stay here again, thank you.
