"We didn’t stay in the dorm, we had a private room which was very comfortable. We stayed three nights total, two at the beginning of our visit to Iceland and one night before we flew out. The desk staff was very helpful and stored our suitcases until we were able to check in so we could go and do some sightseeing. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself is perfectly located to be able to walk around the shopping and restaurant part of Reykjavik. The dormitories were perfectly adequate, though if you're not very limber, you might want to request a lower bunk and not an upper one. Bathrooms were very clean and lots of lovely hot water."

"Perfect for my four-day stay in Reykjavik. Bathrooms were accessible, common areas were clean, and other guests were very nice. The whole hostel is self-service, which was a first for me but there were no issues with needing assistance. Staff is quick to answer via online messaging if there are any additional questions. There is limited space outside in the storage lockers for luggage before check-in at 3pm, so I would plan to carry it with you, unless you have an alternative place to store it....
