"The room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The location is convenient—close to the ferry for exploring around Lake Garda. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire stay. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, it was never resolved, which made the room uncomfortably warm."

"The staff are phenomenal. But the hotel is next to a building site and they start early, not the hotel’s fault, but had I known before I booked I wouldn’t have booked. They moved us to a quieter room, but had the hotel been full it would have been tough, could not have asked for better service, the staff are amazing. Breakfast is superb and exceptionally clean."

" Very clean apartment, nice lake view, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen had all the necessities , AC worked perfectly , wifi was fast. I had the Terrae Suite and it was cleaned daily. Luca from reception was nice, polite , professional and respectful . There is parking on site. Also, a bus station right in front of the hotel. Taxi to the train station in Desenzano was 12 Euros. Be aware that this is 10 min walking distance from Desenzano . We loved walking to Desenzano every day, but others may find it inconvenient. We caught the bus from San Anelli ( Porto ) station to Sirmione, Peschiera and Verona. I hope to return one day, especially when is warmer, so I can enjoy the beach . Thank you for the hospitality ! "

"Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for 5 nights in total, the hotel was ideal for our needs (a relaxing holiday) and perfectly located just two minutes walk to the lakeside. The food choice for breakfast was excellent, however there is only a limited food choice available at the bar later in the day and evening (mainly paninis). However there are lots of nearby restaurant options within walking distance. The pool and garden area was good and generally well maintained. Overall hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast service staff in particular offered outstanding service. Hopefully we will return one day. "
