"Was good and the breakfast exelente "

"Everything needs updated. The 1st room we had was dirty and then the 2nd room we had the tiles in the shower were starting to peel off. Better lighting in the rooms. The light bulbs are the dull warm white, not the bright white. Half the time the staff wasn't at the front desk when you needed them. I wouldn't stay there again. "

"The staff is amazing, the property is clean and the suites is well equipped with modern amenities. I love ❤️ it and will come back again, anytime am in the San Antonio area. "

"The dinner at the restaurant took over an hour to get food, semi cold. Inside pool was flooded making walking through it to get to outside pool like ice skating. Elevator was so old and slow. But Hotel was sitting in a very relaxed setting "

"Shower was in a horrible conditions. Mold and sign of leaks in ceiling. Loose faucets, drain was completely loose and might have been leaking to lower level. Smelled like cigarette when ac was running. Also the main thing if you don’t want your vehicle tampered with or stuff stolen. DON’T STAY HERE. During my stay my latch was messed with and three truck were broken into. Broken glass everywhere. "

"The smell of the chemicals was really bad and had a super hard time opening our room door."

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "
