"We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely. "Clean room, easy shuttle bus ride to base areas, helpful staff, great restaurants at the hotel, location was close to other stores and restaurants. Boot room and ski lockers were close to the shuttle pick-up/drop-off so it made equipment storage and retrieval a breeze.
